Fulton Safety Committee The Fulton Safety Committee is an organization of the Fulton Neighborhood Association (FNA) that works to promote public safety in the neighborhood. The Committee has been involved with block organizing, traffic calming issues, and graffiti prevention and removal. The Committee meets the last Tuesday of every month at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on 48th Street and France Avenue South. Contact safety@fultonneighborhood.org for more information.
