2007 Landscaping for
Rainwater Management Incentives

  • Up to thirty $30 rainwater management consultations (valued at $95) with Doug Mensing of Applied Ecological Services. (More consults have been added since overwhelming response to March newsletter.)
  • Up to fourteen $400 matching grants for gutter redirection.
  • Up to four $50 rain barrel grants.

In order to apply for a grant, you must first have a rainwater management consultation with Doug Mensing during the month of April 2007. To schedule a consultation, call the Fulton Neighborhood Line at 612-922-3106 or
